    The ability to store documents related to the file. If the agents could upload contracts and disclosures etc for all parties to access.. that would be AMAZING!

  2. Due Diligence Period, Finacing, Appraisal Contigency Date

    Is there a way to add another text field or date/calendar where we can enter when the due diligence period ends, financing contingency and and appraisal contingency under the "Property Information". THese are the most important dates that we track other than the closing date. And can these info be shown on the summary dashboard of the property?

  3. Integrating text messages

    More & more platforms are integrating text messages to their automated drip messages/emails that are sent out.

    Just as you would have an email set to be sent automatically on/after a certain event you could schedule a text.

  4. When a task is sent to a client it comes from your user name not Nekst

    This will create a more personal experience between the agent and client. It will look like it is being sent by the agent and not a company.

    The email will come from the name of the “Manager” (e.g. Jim Smith) but the email address has to be from the system (noreply@nekstapp.com). The reason for this is to decrease issues with spam and emails being blocked since email filters will recognize that the IP address associated with the email does not match your personal address.

  5. Create a "pipeline" view where I can see what I've got closed, under contract, and active listed compared to a few goals I enter. Very basic

    Would love to be able to get a quick snapshot of progress every time I log in. Like....

    Goal: 50 closed / $12M sales
    Closed: 20 tsn / $4.5M
    Under Contract: 6 tsn / $1M
    Pace: (calculate what I should close in a year based on above)

    Green if I'm ahead, yellow if I'm about on pace, red if I'm behind my goal.

  6. incorporate a way to track all the notes of a transaction and when each task was completed.

    If we need to see a history of when, how and who completed a task - that would be very helpful.

  7. Allow each user to create their list of roles within their account

    Allow users to remove any pre-loaded roles that don't make sense for their business as well as add custom roles like "Escrow Manager" or "Productivity Manager"

    When you're in your property listing can you create a sidebar snapshot/listing overview that shows the basics info at a glance without having to navigate elsewhere

    We don't have an "Auto-Send" option as that might get annoying but you can create a dependent task to occur as soon as another task is complete. Those could be setup as notifications and with 2 clicks, you could shoot out your updated email regarding the completed task.

  11. Auto Populate Property Info

    When creating a property, We add in the buyers or steers names, these should auto populate in the Property details screen as well as the dates (listing, Pending, executed and closing dates) Why key them in twice?

  12. Projects progress status at glance!

    It would be nice when working on many projects on the go at one time is to be able to quickly glance on the dashboard and being able to know each project progress status (or % percentage of completion) and maybe the next key task to help move ahead.

  15. Add ability to auto-fill people's info. When I add my assistant to each property, I have to fill in her info each time.

    Add ability to auto-fill when entering a person's info. When I add my assistant to each property, I have to fill in her info each time. The same goes for my Seller who flips houses. It would be nice for the fields to auto-fill when I enter a person that I've entered before.

  16. Adding "bcc" to the email choices. "Blind" copy protects email addresses other parties shouldn't have.

    Buyers/sellers and respective agents shouldn't see email addresses (cc) of our clients when we want our clients to keep informed about actions we're taking with the other agent. Many times agents or clients will attempt to contact clients themselves; or they "reply all".. "BCC" would solve this.

  17. Add a way to sort properties by either closing date, listing date, etc.? Or view only listings - or only pendings, etc?

    With 50-100 (both pending AND listing) transactions in-process at a time, this would be extremely helpful.

  18. Change the order of tasks with out setting dates for them.

    I don't want to set particular dates to tasks every time, it would be nice to just have no due date but be able to move around tasks in the order I want them instead of them just falling into alphabetical order.

  19. It would be nice if the important dates for each transction were on the main screen when you clicked on the property.

    If you could have the critical dates of a transaction show up on the main screen when you click on a property that would save me from having to go into the full checklist to see when a contingency is up or some other deadline.

  20. Create a way to share task plans with other Nekst users

    Plans should be easily shared between colleagues in the same office. Rather than each agent having to build their own from scratch. Creating an easy way to share how YOU do business will be great for new agents looking to learn from more experienced agents.
