Due Diligence Period, Finacing, Appraisal Contigency Date
Is there a way to add another text field or date/calendar where we can enter when the due diligence period ends, financing contingency and and appraisal contingency under the "Property Information". THese are the most important dates that we track other than the closing date. And can these info be shown on the summary dashboard of the property?

Xai - you can add physical dates after tasks have been launched for a property. Here are the steps I recommend you take.
1) For your important due diligence date, do not assign a days before/after deadline. Leave it set to "Tasks Before/After..." and after launching, those tasks will show in the "No Due Date" tab of the checklist.
2) After launching, you can change those tasks to a physical date.
3) You can build dependent tasks such as "Complete Inspection - 7 Days After Due Diligence Date". This way, once you check off the due diligence date, all dependent tasks will come due at the appropriate time.

In the NC market, we are highly dependent on the Due Diligence date and tasks would be better focused if there was an intermediate date to schedule them around. There are things that need to happen for the Due Diligence Date before you can really even move forward with the transaction. Using Key Dates is fine but you cannot set a specific task to happen within a key date. Having an option to set tasks by date would be a great work around.
