Notes for people
I would create a people record for each buyer prospect, and would like the ability to make notes for each prospect relating to their ideal home to purchase. Notes to include, price range, number of beds/baths, area, type of home, etc. I would even want to make note of each property that was shown to them.

"More" indicator on tasks
I think it is not easy to understand at first that if you click on a task there is more information and they can leave comments. I think if there was the word "more" or an icon next to each task, the user would intuitively know to click on the task to see more.

Adding "bcc" to the email choices. "Blind" copy protects email addresses other parties shouldn't have.
Buyers/sellers and respective agents shouldn't see email addresses (cc) of our clients when we want our clients to keep informed about actions we're taking with the other agent. Many times agents or clients will attempt to contact clients themselves; or they "reply all".. "BCC" would solve this.

Create a "pipeline" view where I can see what I've got closed, under contract, and active listed compared to a few goals I enter. Very basic
Would love to be able to get a quick snapshot of progress every time I log in. Like....
Goal: 50 closed / $12M sales
Closed: 20 tsn / $4.5M
Under Contract: 6 tsn / $1M
Pace: (calculate what I should close in a year based on above)Green if I'm ahead, yellow if I'm about on pace, red if I'm behind my goal.

Listing Snap Shot
When you're in your property listing can you create a sidebar snapshot/listing overview that shows the basics info at a glance without having to navigate elsewhere

Integrating text messages
More & more platforms are integrating text messages to their automated drip messages/emails that are sent out.
Just as you would have an email set to be sent automatically on/after a certain event you could schedule a text.

Due Diligence Period, Finacing, Appraisal Contigency Date
Is there a way to add another text field or date/calendar where we can enter when the due diligence period ends, financing contingency and and appraisal contingency under the "Property Information". THese are the most important dates that we track other than the closing date. And can these info be shown on the summary dashboard of the property?

Allow each user to create their list of roles within their account
Allow users to remove any pre-loaded roles that don't make sense for their business as well as add custom roles like "Escrow Manager" or "Productivity Manager"

Uploading documents to the file
The ability to store documents related to the file. If the agents could upload contracts and disclosures etc for all parties to access.. that would be AMAZING!

Auto Populate Property Info
When creating a property, We add in the buyers or steers names, these should auto populate in the Property details screen as well as the dates (listing, Pending, executed and closing dates) Why key them in twice?

Allow Auto Send Email upon Completion of Task
After a specific task has been completed, a predefined email will automatically be sent.
11 votesWe don't have an "Auto-Send" option as that might get annoying but you can create a dependent task to occur as soon as another task is complete. Those could be setup as notifications and with 2 clicks, you could shoot out your updated email regarding the completed task.

Assign Team Member to a Specific Task within a Plan
Within a plan, there may be several different people involved with getting tasks done. I don't see a way to assign certain task to different team members. This is very important.

Projects progress status at glance!
It would be nice when working on many projects on the go at one time is to be able to quickly glance on the dashboard and being able to know each project progress status (or % percentage of completion) and maybe the next key task to help move ahead.

Closing date change
I'd like the ability to change a closing date and have the remaining tasks redistribute accordingly.
1 voteIf you change the “End Date”, all tasks based on the end date will move upon your acceptance of the change.
