When a task is sent to a client it comes from your user name not Nekst
This will create a more personal experience between the agent and client. It will look like it is being sent by the agent and not a company.
15 votesThe email will come from the name of the “Manager” (e.g. Jim Smith) but the email address has to be from the system (noreply@nekstapp.com). The reason for this is to decrease issues with spam and emails being blocked since email filters will recognize that the IP address associated with the email does not match your personal address.

Add a way to sort properties by either closing date, listing date, etc.? Or view only listings - or only pendings, etc?
With 50-100 (both pending AND listing) transactions in-process at a time, this would be extremely helpful.

Change the order of tasks with out setting dates for them.
I don't want to set particular dates to tasks every time, it would be nice to just have no due date but be able to move around tasks in the order I want them instead of them just falling into alphabetical order.

I feel that having the list price for my listings and sold prices for my pendings would be helpful on the property screen
Add a field for list price and sold price

It would be nice if the important dates for each transction were on the main screen when you clicked on the property.
If you could have the critical dates of a transaction show up on the main screen when you click on a property that would save me from having to go into the full checklist to see when a contingency is up or some other deadline.

Add ability to auto-fill people's info. When I add my assistant to each property, I have to fill in her info each time.
Add ability to auto-fill when entering a person's info. When I add my assistant to each property, I have to fill in her info each time. The same goes for my Seller who flips houses. It would be nice for the fields to auto-fill when I enter a person that I've entered before.

Add People Without Attaching Them to a Specific Property
Have the ability to add a Client to the People list before they have a property attached to their name. This would be helpful for Buyers who haven't decided on a property yet.

Put a "Launch Tasks" button at the top of the checklist
... in case a user forgets to scroll down to the bottom of the task list to launch the tasks.
4 votesThere won’t be an actual button at the top, but if you navigate away from the page without clicking “Launch Tasks”, a box will pop up asking you if you’d like to “Launch Tasks” before you can proceed to another screen. Coming out in next week’s release.

Give Transaction Coordinator permissions to add tasks or change due dates on tasks.
Right now I have to log into my agents Neskt so I can mark complete or change a due date.

Be able to add tasks after a closing has occurred. Such as, requesting a testimonial/feedback, entering client information into database, etc

Create a way to share task plans with other Nekst users
Plans should be easily shared between colleagues in the same office. Rather than each agent having to build their own from scratch. Creating an easy way to share how YOU do business will be great for new agents looking to learn from more experienced agents.

People Navigation
Add a Back navigation inside People. When we are done updating a contact it would be nice to have another button to take us back rather than needing to click the sidebar.

incorporate a way to track all the notes of a transaction and when each task was completed.
If we need to see a history of when, how and who completed a task - that would be very helpful.
