allow tasks to be done in groups (modules) instead of plans
Instead of having one plan that has every possible outcome for a transaction/covers all possible contingencies, allow for specific pre-prepared modules to be used (A Financing group, a Home Inspection Group, a Termite Inspection Group, etc) to make it easier to customize each transaction
1 voteWe do plan to break the process down into a 3 step process to make it easier. We will allow for tasks to be labeled as “Optional” which you can quickly remove in the beginning. Then you will see all “Key Dates” which you can review and edit. Third steps is to see your entire list for final tweaking if necessary. Unfortunately moving into stages will be too complex given the different ways that contingencies are handled across the country. We have some big ideas planned for helping you to track the stage of your properties, stay tuned!

Add a way to monitor amount of tasks completed within a time period.
We currently have the option to view the percentage of task completed on time, late, and postponed. It would be good to see the actual amount of task that was completed in a day, a week or a month. This is good for manager monitoring what their assistants are doing and how fast.

Create a property type called Pre-Listing.

Allow a dependent task to be dependent upon a different task without having to re-create it
On a dependent task, make the "Main Task Name" part of a drop down that would allow us to select another task to make the dependent task a part of.

Plans are already editable – we are going to allow you to “hide” the plans so that they don’t appear on the Plans Page or the Property Flyout.

Allow Team Pro, Team Members, Agent Pro, Agent Lite to receive Weekly Summary Emails of Production
Reports will include:
Number of tasks completed (including +/- change from last week) for the specific recipient.
All tasks completed by the Team/Agent/Other Invited Users (including recipient) over the past 7 days, including any notes left.
Followup Task Updates from the past week
Tasks for the Recipient to complete over the next 7 days, broken down by property.
All upcoming Key Dates assigned to the recipient through the following Monday

Introduction of Parties- System Generated Email
Add an Introduce Button to introduce all parties on a transaction with the ability to select whom to introduce.
Also. Have a way to import existing contact in the address book to a new transaction vs entering the same people all the time

Re-order plans on plans tab so personalized ones are at the top of the list
List our personal plans before the Nekst plans. I have to scroll down to see my own plans each time on the plans tab.

Lead Follow Up
Add a Buyers Category or Leads category that allows us to manage and follow up with leads. Right now I use the properties for this and instead of inputing an address I input the lead's name. I then created an action plan that reminds me when to call them and provides script on what to say.
