Ability to choose permissions based on role.
We are finding Team Member too restrictive for our agents, but don't want to give them full admin access. The ability for team members to edit dates would be great.

Allow us to select a date for a task before a Key Date.
I have several "Key Dates" Task that happens before the Key Date. It would be great to be able to select "days before" or "days after" for these tasks. As if the date is changed, I then have to go in a find all the tasks associated with the one Key Date, before the date and change it too. It seems silly to even have the Key Date option with out having to have tasks before the date as well.

Allow the people with the team platform to create their own property types or own type in general.
With so many different uses for this system, I would like to have the ability to create my own property type and even my own Type that may not even be property specific. There are processes and flows to many parts of real estate.

Add a way to monitor amount of tasks completed within a time period.
We currently have the option to view the percentage of task completed on time, late, and postponed. It would be good to see the actual amount of task that was completed in a day, a week or a month. This is good for manager monitoring what their assistants are doing and how fast.

allow tasks to be done in groups (modules) instead of plans
Instead of having one plan that has every possible outcome for a transaction/covers all possible contingencies, allow for specific pre-prepared modules to be used (A Financing group, a Home Inspection Group, a Termite Inspection Group, etc) to make it easier to customize each transaction
1 voteWe do plan to break the process down into a 3 step process to make it easier. We will allow for tasks to be labeled as “Optional” which you can quickly remove in the beginning. Then you will see all “Key Dates” which you can review and edit. Third steps is to see your entire list for final tweaking if necessary. Unfortunately moving into stages will be too complex given the different ways that contingencies are handled across the country. We have some big ideas planned for helping you to track the stage of your properties, stay tuned!

View entire un-completed task list as default
When in a property - Be able to view entire un-complete task list as the default view with the status of that task on the side (past due, today, etc.). Would also like to see entire list with WHO it is assigned to at a glance. The tabs at the top of the screen would be to filter as needed if you don't want to see the entire list of uncompleted tasks. Finding that I have to refresh a lot in order to see different statuses.

Some contingencies don't count weekends. Add a toggle to include or exclude Saturday/Sunday when counting days for a task.
Also, most dates in a contract do not count holidays - it would be nice to have holidays excluded in counting days, too.

Allow a dependent task to be dependent upon a different task without having to re-create it
On a dependent task, make the "Main Task Name" part of a drop down that would allow us to select another task to make the dependent task a part of.

Plans are already editable – we are going to allow you to “hide” the plans so that they don’t appear on the Plans Page or the Property Flyout.
