Put a "Launch Tasks" button at the top of the checklist
... in case a user forgets to scroll down to the bottom of the task list to launch the tasks.
4 votesThere won’t be an actual button at the top, but if you navigate away from the page without clicking “Launch Tasks”, a box will pop up asking you if you’d like to “Launch Tasks” before you can proceed to another screen. Coming out in next week’s release.

"More" indicator on tasks
I think it is not easy to understand at first that if you click on a task there is more information and they can leave comments. I think if there was the word "more" or an icon next to each task, the user would intuitively know to click on the task to see more.

Create a way to share task plans with other Nekst users
Plans should be easily shared between colleagues in the same office. Rather than each agent having to build their own from scratch. Creating an easy way to share how YOU do business will be great for new agents looking to learn from more experienced agents.

Assign Team Member to a Specific Task within a Plan
Within a plan, there may be several different people involved with getting tasks done. I don't see a way to assign certain task to different team members. This is very important.

Add People Without Attaching Them to a Specific Property
Have the ability to add a Client to the People list before they have a property attached to their name. This would be helpful for Buyers who haven't decided on a property yet.

Give Transaction Coordinator permissions to add tasks or change due dates on tasks.
Right now I have to log into my agents Neskt so I can mark complete or change a due date.

Notes for people
I would create a people record for each buyer prospect, and would like the ability to make notes for each prospect relating to their ideal home to purchase. Notes to include, price range, number of beds/baths, area, type of home, etc. I would even want to make note of each property that was shown to them.

Closing date change
I'd like the ability to change a closing date and have the remaining tasks redistribute accordingly.

You can now see commission on the Properties Page as well as cumulative commission income for all pending properties.

I feel that having the list price for my listings and sold prices for my pendings would be helpful on the property screen

Have option to add tasks after a closing
Be able to add tasks after a closing has occurred. Such as, requesting a testimonial/feedback, entering client information into database, etc

People Navigation
Add a Back navigation inside People. When we are done updating a contact it would be nice to have another button to take us back rather than needing to click the sidebar.
